Shipping policy

At OuterEdit, we strive to ensure your book reaches you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process, ship, and handle your orders.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

If there is any delay in processing your order due to high demand, we will notify you via email.

2. Domestic and International Shipping Options

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. 

  • Domestic Shipping: Available within Singapore.

  • International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays. Please note that delivery times do not include processing time. For local orders, the delivery time is estimated at 3-5 working days.

OuterEdit is not responsible for delays due to customs or postal service issues beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

5. Local Options: Local Delivery or Pickup

For customers within Singapore, we offer the following local options:

  • Local Postage: Available for orders throughout Singapore. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Local Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your order, we offer free local pickup at our studio: 15 Bukit Pasoh Road #03-01 Singapore 089829. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

6. Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Lost or Damaged Orders policy for detailed instructions on how to report the damage and request a refund or exchange.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at hello@outeredit.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, we are here to help:

  • Lost Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@outeredit.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide you with a solution, which may include reshipping the item.

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of receiving the package, including a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or issue a refund based on the extent of the damage.
